Just Legal Solicitors Barristers presents here a template for making the necessary decisions for divorcing couples. Just Legal Solicitors Barristers provides a similar template for unmarried couples. I understand that Just Legal Solicitors Barristers is in no way dispensing legal advice by providing this tool for reaching agreement on the issues facing me in the divorce process. I understand that there is no way that Just Legal Solicitors Barristers can anticipate all the issues that face all divorcing couples. I understand that they have made all possible efforts to provide for as many of the options that need to be considered for divorce as possible. However, I agree not to hold Just Legal Solicitors Barristers responsible for any items that I may omit in my divorce Agreement due to my unique personal circumstances. It my responsibility and that of any attorney advising or representing me to ensure that all issues of my particular situation are addressed in the Divorce Agreement filled out on this site. I understand that Just Legal Solicitors Barristers is not a substitute for independent, sound legal advice. I recognize that divorce laws vary from state to state and that there is no way that any one divorce instrument can take into account all the nuances of the divorce laws in each state. I understand that Just Legal Solicitors Barristers recommends that I consult with an independent attorney as needed during the completion of the forms in Just Legal Solicitors Barristers to become informed about my rights under the laws of my particular state. I further understand that Just Legal Solicitors Barristers strongly recommends that I consult with an independent attorney prior to signing any Agreement or document prepared in Just Legal Solicitors Barristers. I realize that only I can be responsible for my own decisions regarding my divorce. Therefore, I agree to refrain from attempting to hold Just Legal Solicitors Barristers responsible for any decisions I make in in the course of my divorce through the use of Just Legal Solicitors Barristers. I understand that the registration fee for the use of the site is non-refundable once charged to my credit card. In the event of a conflict or dispute arising out of the use of this site, prior to litigating the dispute, I agree to submit my dispute to a combination mediation/arbitration process using mutually agreeable professional neutral; and if unable to reach agreement through mediation, the mutually agreeable professional neutral will render a binding decision in the matter. I will equally split the fee for such services with Just Legal Solicitors Barristers.
